Our beans are supplied by Bailies Coffee Roasters - a local speciality coffee company dedicated to the ethical and sustainable sourcing of their beans by working directly with some of the finest coffee farmers and their communities.

Sustainability is a focal point of our business and we strive to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible. Most of our ingredients are sourced from local grocers + butchers, our service-ware is biodegradable /recycled & we offer our used coffee grounds for free to our customers. Our 5-year plan will see us graduate to using solar power!

As a proud, queer-owned and operated business, we are avid supporters of and advocates for our wonderful and diverse community. We believe strongly in giving back wherever possible and 5% of our profits are donated to a variety of local LGBTQ+ community groups and mutual aid funds.
Our pay-it-forward system
Customers of our coffee trailer have the option of buying a 'pay-it-forward' coffee at a discounted price, to allow anyone in need to avail of a free coffee or baked treat, no questions asked! If you can't make it to the trailer but would like to buy someone a coffee, you can donate below and make someone's day!
